There is a listing charge of $25 for the life of the listing. 

Listing will remain until owner/realtor requests removal.

There is no charge for price changes on a listing for the life of the listing. 

After the initial approval and listing, changes to the ad (except for price) will incur an additional charge of $25.

One page per listing, up to 30 lines of text.

One picture per listing, picture to be in digital form and attached to the email.

Picture quality is important. Picture size to be no smaller than 640x480 pixels.

The webmaster may reject the request based on picture quality. 

If owner/realtor requests picture be taken by photographer, there will be an additional charge of $25.

After the listing is live, the owner/realtor must approve the listing and make payment.  Payment must be received within 30 days of the initial posting.
